4. User content and interactive areas

The Site may contain comments sections, discussion forums, communities, or other interactive features (“Interactive Areas”) where you may post or upload content, comments, videos, photos, messages, or other materials (“User Content”).

You:

(c) Contains expressions of bigotry, racism, hate speech, or content that is abusive, vulgar, or profane
(d) Contains or advocates pornography or sexually explicit content, or is otherwise obscene or lewd
(e) Violates any law, advocates illegal acts, or provides instructions on dangerous or illegal activities
(f) Advocates violent behavior or poses a reasonable threat to personal or public safety
(g) Contains violent or exploitative images intended for prurient or gratuitous purposes
(h) Is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity, or other proprietary right without express permission of the owner
(i) Does not generally pertain to the designated topic or theme of the Interactive Area
(j) Contains unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional material, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or similar solicitations
(k) Uses the name or likeness of an identifiable person without their consent

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights. Any person found by GenieREI, in its sole discretion, to have violated the intellectual property or other rights of others may be barred from submitting or posting further material.

You also agree not to:

Upload or transmit any User Content or software that contains viruses, malware, or other harmful components

Use any automated system, script, or technology to post more User Content than a human could reasonably post in a given period

Instruct or direct others to use such automated systems on your behalf

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove or edit any User Content at any time and for any reason.

We are not responsible for:

The accuracy or credibility of User Content

Any actions you take based on User Content posted by others

By using Interactive Areas, you may be exposed to content you find offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive. You assume all risks associated with such exposure.

We may, but are not obligated to:

Monitor User Content

Screen, edit, refuse to post, or remove content

Satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request

By submitting User Content to the Site, you automatically grant GenieREI a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

Use, publish, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, translate, create derivative works from, incorporate into other works, distribute, sublicense, and otherwise exploit the User Content in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, without payment to you

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you waive any moral rights in your User Content and agree not to assert such rights against us.

You represent and warrant that:

You have the full legal right, power, and authority to grant this license

You own or control all rights in the User Content

The User Content and our use of it under these Terms will not violate any law or third-party rights
